Tranters Solicitors was founded nearly 20 years ago and has grown to become one of the largest legal aid firms in the North West, with 5 offices in Manchester and Cheshire.

We employ specialist solicitors and executives who deal with only one area of the law to ensure that our clients get quality advice at all times. Each department prides itself as a leader in their respective legal field. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services, encouraging individuals to develop their knowledge of their chosen specialism.

Our aim has always been to provide confidential, professional advice along with an understanding and down to earth approach. We offer a free first interview and hold legal aid franchises in each of our specialist areas: Criminal Defence and Personal Injury.

We are specialists in our field and have gained professional recognition for our work, with membership of the Criminal Defence Service, Criminal Law Solicitors' Association, APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel.
