We will always try to resolve issues through negotiation and mediation to avoid unnecessary conflicts.
Mediation is a process in which an impartial third person assists those involved in a family breakdown to communicate better with one another to reach their own agreed and informed decisions about issues relating to or arising from separation, divorce, children, finance or property.
Mediation is not counselling. However, a qualified mediator will help both parties to express their concerns and explore important issues and try to help them reach a joint decision on financial matters and caring for any children involved and their feelings. It avoids the need to resolve such issues through the Courts and is therefore generally quicker, less expensive and less stressful.
